Email Readiness
WarpIntel can accept support requests now while transactional email sending stays gated until the provider, sender, feature flag, and no-sensitive smoke checks are reviewed. This page exposes aggregate readiness only, without provider keys, sender addresses, recipient addresses, message IDs, or raw support messages.
Live transactional sending remains disabled until provider validation and launch gates are complete.
First-launch transactional message categories are staged for review before any provider send.
Admin-only setup packet, dry-run, and activation rehearsal stay protected.
6/8 publish gates are packaged without sending email or calling providers.
Readiness checks do not call the email provider or send messages from public pages.
Sender identity, provider boundary, feature flag, template, smoke, and tracker review stay owner-gated.
Provider mismatch, sender failure, and unexpected send risk each have a safe stop path.
WarpIntel domain sender boundary
Protected setup guidance requires a WarpIntel-only sender identity on the project domain before app email sending is enabled.
Provider approval and sender gate
Transactional sending remains blocked until the approved provider path and reviewed sender are configured through protected setup.
Feature-flagged live-send gate
The app cannot send email publicly unless the feature flag and provider-readiness gates are both accepted.
No-sensitive-template boundary
First-launch templates use short status links and do not embed EVE tokens, OAuth codes, API keys, account exports, or raw pasted inputs.
Support receipt first adapter
The first live adapter is limited to support request receipts and skips sends when no safe email recipient is present.
Reply and webhook review gate
Reply routing and delivery-event handling stay gated until the provider path is reviewed without exposing mailbox values.
Protected dry run without provider send
Protected dry runs preview template, provider, and gate state without sending email or calling provider send APIs.
Public no-secret smoke coverage
Production smoke covers email readiness JSON, public health counters, protected admin denial, and sender-address exclusion.
WarpIntel Sender Identity Review
Confirm the sender identity belongs to the WarpIntel domain and is not borrowed from another project.
Provider Account Boundary
Confirm the Resend or approved SMTP path is WarpIntel-only before any app-side sending is enabled.
Feature Flag And Env Review
Confirm live sending requires the explicit feature flag plus private provider values stored outside public output.
Template No-Secret Review
Review first-launch templates so they contain short status links and no EVE tokens, OAuth codes, or raw support text.
Non-Sensitive Delivery Smoke
Run one approved test delivery only after provider approval, using non-sensitive content and protected result logging.
Tracker Record
Record only secret-free sender-state, feature-gate, smoke, commit, deployment, and rollback-readiness outcomes.
Provider Boundary Mismatch
Provider mismatch keeps transactional email in protected setup until the WarpIntel-only boundary is verified.
Sender Or Webhook Verification Failure
Sender or webhook failure stops activation before any support receipt is sent from the application.
Unexpected Live Send Or Secret Risk
Unexpected sends or secret risk roll the lane back to disabled status until no-secret review passes again.

No-Secret Email Rule
Public email readiness exposes aggregate gate counts, email type labels, provider labels, activation criteria, owner-handoff counts, rollback decision counts, activation-rehearsal counts, protected-check booleans, and no-send dry-run status only; it does not expose provider keys, SMTP credentials, webhook signing values, sender addresses, reply-to addresses, recipient addresses, message identifiers, raw support messages, EVE tokens, private account data, or raw pasted analyzer inputs.
